ELA: Dr. Toliver, tell us about what the Xerox ERG Global Presidents did that you specifically appreciate.
Dr. Toliver: The work and accomplishment of our ten ERGs this year only reinforces our company-wide belief and culture of belonging. Our employees are encouraged to bring their best and most authentic selves to work. Our ERGs aren't only creating a safe space, but a courageous place for growth. None of this work would be possible without the dedication and leadership of our ERG Global Presidents.
ELA: What impact did they have on you with this specific action?
Dr. Toliver: The ERG Global Presidents play a pivotal role in assistance me with advancing our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Roadmap.
ELA: What impact did this have on others?
Dr. Toliver: Their work serves as the catalysts for developing a strong, resilient, courageous and powerful community through their mentoring, training, and development work.
ELA: Why was this action unique or especially challenging to accomplish?
Dr. Toliver: Our ERGs are independent employee led organizations. All of the presidents and their board members take on the additional responsibility of leading their ERGs which is above and beyond their job responsibilities and the day-to-day affairs of their personal lives.
