Organization Membership Levels
All memberships are for twelve (12) months. All seats/tickets must be used within the membership period.
All memberships include optional logo placement in/on: All ELA mass emails (2+ per month); ELA's home, ERG University and Organization Membership pages; welcome social shout out and quarterly group social posts in the ELA LinkedIn Group, ELA LinkedIn business page, 20+ diversity-related LinkedIn groups, plus ELA's Facebook and X pages. Â

1. All ELA memberships include ELA Online, our reference library with ELA Learning Lab recordings/summaries, ERG Leader Blueprints and other valuable resources.
2. ERG University is held three times per year and includes each of the 6 ERG Leader Blueprint Intensives, the Executive Sponsor and Coaching Skills for Leaders, and other classes. All classes are offered twice to accommodate various time zones.
3. Oversight Managers’ Group (OMG) membership includes monthly virtual masterminds, a ticket to the in person annual SynERGy Summit, a private online community with all mastermind recordings/summaries and curated oversight-specific resources including the annual Execute Brief of the ERG Success Metrics and Business Impact Study.
4. Member Success Manager will report and discuss your team’s utilization of benefits at least quarterly. Advisory sessions are virtual, 60 minutes each with an ELA expert to discuss your organization’s ERG strategy and answer any industry-related questions.
