Why become an ELA Certified ERG Oversight Manager?

ELA's certification is based on successful completion - including supporting documentation - of ELA's proprietary Oversight Excellence Rubric. This isn't a check-the-box, get-a-certificate process - you'll actively demonstrate and provide evidence of your understanding.

Oversight Excellence Certification is open to all ERG Oversight Managers.
- ELA membership is NOT required, but Oversight Manager Group members can certify at a discounted rate
- Certification candidates complete ELA's Oversight Excellent rubric independently.
- Candidates submit their completed Rubric for review by an ELA expert. If there are issues, candidates can meet with the expert for 30 minutes to discuss and resubmit a second and final time.
- Upon successful completion, newly certified Oversight Managers are sent a printable certificate and directions on how to display your new badge online.
Standalone Certification - $899
This option is for ERG Oversight Managers who are NOT currently a member of OMG.
If you're a member of OMG, you'll find a link in the OMG Resource Library to purchase your certification at the discounted member rate.
OMG Member Certification - $499
This option is ONLY for current members of ELA's Oversight Managers Group (OMG).
