ERG Leader Certification

ERG Leader Certification is an option available to all ELA members

Why Certify Group Leaders:

• Ensures leaders are prepared and gives all ERG stakeholders confidence.
• Motivates leaders to learn and execute so they achieve this impressive leadership & professional development credential.
• Quantifiably demonstrates your organization's commitment to inclusivity.

How it works:

• ELA Online contains the six (6) ERG Leader Blueprints^TM 
• Certification candidates complete the Blueprints independently, in a in a small group ELA workshop, ERG University or ELA coach-assisted learning program. 
• If the organization hasn't already purchased the certification program for the leader, they can purchase it within ELA Online ($349 USD if the organization hasn't already purchased the certification program). 
• The candidate uses a designated email to submit their completed Blueprints for review by an ELA Expert ERG Trainer. If there are issues, candidates can meet with the trainer for 30 minutes to discuss and resubmit one more time.
• Upon successful completion, the certified leader is sent a printable certificate and ways to display online the new credential proudly!
