This isn't another conference where you collect inspiration, then return to the same unresolved questions. This is a working session for oversight leaders ready to stop improvising and start setting the standard.
At SynERGy, you'll do more than swap your stories.
You'll help write the governance playbook that shapes how ERG programs operate worldwide. And because regional context matters, we're holding two sessions this year — one in the U.S. and one in Europe.

You'll connect with peers who get it — the political tightrope, the volunteer burnout, the budget battles — and leave with clarity on where your program stands.
